The World Heart Federation – on behalf of RHD Action – is working with the government of New Zealand to prepare a draft WHO Resolution on rheumatic heart disease (RHD).

The WHO Resolution on RHD will be a huge step forward for the RHD community. It will require the WHO and governments to recognise RHD as a global health priority and allocate resources appropriately.

It is important that the text of the Resolution takes into account the needs and priorities of the RHD community. To this end, we have created a short survey, which takes 10-20 minutes to complete. All members of the RHD community are encouraged to take the survey and share it with their colleagues and contacts. This is a unique opportunity to get our voices heard by global decision makers.

Please access the survey here: www.surveymonkey.com/r/RHDResolution

The survey will close on Thursday 04 August.

Thank you for your input! We will keep you updated throughout the coming months about our progress on the RHD resolution via RHD Beat.
