Tackling CVD through Primary Health Care
Tackling CVD through Primary Health Care: Strengthening National CVD Plans:
Join the World Heart Federation during the week of the World Health Assembly, for a lunchtime event hosted by the World Heart Federation which will explore the challenges of, and different approaches to improving CVD prevention and treatment.
Drawing on the concept of the CVD Roadmap and the patient journey, the event will explore approaches to improving CVD prevention and treatment through the lens of health systems, policy barriers and the broader enabling environment for an integrated care approach. It will focus on solutions that are applicable in limited resource settings and can be included in national CVD plans.
