Today RHD Action launch their latest publication the Global Status of BPG Report at the World Congress of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Health in Mexico City. BPG remains an essential medicine and tangible, multi-stakeholder, steps are needed for it to be made safe and available to the vulnerable populations who need it most.
This week, the World Heart Federation (WHF), a founding member of RHD Action, is attending the 69th World Health Assembly, this year held from 23-28 May in the UN Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
We look forward to welcoming all those living with, affected by and working within RHD to WCC 2016. This congress encompasses cardiology and cardiovascular health and our RHD programme reflects the broader context in which this disease is manifest.
